Kidaztic Clothing — Frequently Asked Questions

1. What sizes do you carry?

We offer clothing for little ones from newborn (0–3 months) all the way up to age 3. Each product page includes a helpful size chart to guide you!

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. You'll see available options at checkout.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • USA & Canada: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

  • Express options available at checkout!
    Tracking is included with every order so you can follow your package every step of the way.

4. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. You can also log into your Kidaztic account to check your order status anytime.

5. What is your return & exchange policy?

We want you to love what your kiddo wears!

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags still on.

  • Exchanges: Available if sizing isn't quite right (based on stock). Just email us and we’ll help sort it out!

6. What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Oops! We’re so sorry. Please send a photo and your order number to support@kidazticclothing.com and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

7. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! You can select our adorable gift-wrapping option at checkout—it’s perfect for birthdays, baby showers, or just-because surprises.

8. Are your clothes eco-friendly or organic?

Many of our pieces are made from soft organic cotton and earth-friendly fabrics. Look for the 🌿 symbol on product pages for our sustainable picks.
